Finally the Premier League is back and not a moment too soon for Reds’ fans who can’t wait to see Liverpool back in action versus Huddersfield this weekend.
Along with International breaks normally come injuries where Liverpool players are concerned – and this time is no different, unfortunately.
Salah and Van Dijk both seemed to have been slightly injured whilst away with their countries, although it now seems both could be fit enough to be in contention for Saturday’s game. Sadio Mane and Naby Keita may not be so lucky as their injuries could force them to face a longer spell on the sidelines.
With this in mind, we asked Reds’ fans one very important question over on our Twitter page: How many of the front three should be “rested” against Huddersfield, if any?
How many of the front three should be “rested” against Huddersfield, if any? Comment who you have taken out and who should replace them once voted. #LFC

Obviously, a lot of fans would like to see the attacking force of Salah, Firmino and Mane at the weekend but others weren’t of the same view.
36% of fans believe that 2 of our front three should be rested come Saturday, 31 % are of the opinion 1 of them should be rested and 12% would rest all 3 of them!
This still raises questions of who do you rest? Salah has arguably not been himself so far this season but leave him out and we know what we run the risk of losing. Leave Firmino on the bench and we would arguably lose the glue that holds Liverpool together. If Mane misses out due to injury, then we miss one of the trickiest players for opposing defences no matter what form he’s in at the moment.
At least this time we have great back-up. Sturridge is on fine form, Shaqiri has shown he has something we want to see more of and Lallana is back in full training and can always come up with something when asked.
Also, rumour has it James Milner is back 2 weeks ahead of schedule and in contention to face Huddersfield… so that’s a bonus!
