Liverpool are reportedly looking to sign French World Cup winner Benjamin Pavard in a deal worth €35m/£31.7m, acccording to KickOff.
The Reds have been reported as being extremely keen to snap up the versatile 22-year old after his impressive summer and him being a revelation during his time in the Bundesliga.
Pavard is clearly on the rise and Jurgen Klopp is rumoured to be keeping a close eye on the Frenchman.
With the versatility Benjamin Pavard possesses – Liverpool would find themselves with cover for the right-back and centre-half positions.
The VfB Stuttgart player has been linked with a summer move to Anfield and would set the club back around €35 millon should the Bundesliga team fail to qualify for the Champions League.
With the player showing he can make it on the big stage during the World Cup and impressing in Germany – Liverpool may well try and get him to sign on the dotted line sooner rather than later.
