Adam Lallana has returned to full training today and is now in the running to be fit for Liverpool’s match-up against his boyhood club.
The Englishman missed the last 3 games after picking up a groin injury while on international duty. Having rejoined the squad for full training, he is in contention to make the trip to Dean Court this Sunday. Having established himself as a vital role in the red’s midfield three, Klopp will be happy at the prospect of having him available for selection.
Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi will also be available for this weekend’s match after suffering minor injuries against Sunderland and Leeds United.
However, Philippe Coutinho and Danny Ings are still unavailable for selection while Daniel Sturridge is a major doubt after missing a week of training with a calf issue.
Another boost is that Joel Matip is fit after being ruled out of the midweek match against Leeds United with a minor injury.
Will these fitness boosts propel Liverpool to a win on Sunday?
