Liverpool have secured the signature of 16 year old right back Diego Lattie after he was released by Manchester City.
The Reds have him signed ahead of United, Everton, Stoke, Villa, Sunderland, Everton and Norwich, with Lattie being a Liverpool supporter thought to be a deciding factor. He’ll begin life at the Kirkby Academy with sights set on Melwood eventually.
Klopp is known to utilise youngsters, as Kent, Ojo, Maguire, Randall and Stewart have all featured for the German this season, which will offer hope to Lattie in the long run. He’s years away from those names just yet, but it will bode well if his workrate is as big as his talent.
